we joined in Dec 2017 2nd fotnight .thyroid effected in the year 2013 and controlled by taking madecine .after 6 mnths but doctor advised me to continue for life.shall I continue life long or can stop medicine. pl advise. we are following diet as given in ashramam.Responses:Namaste
