Health means that state of body where it neither has any disease nor allows any disease to creep in.If one wishes to attain such status of health, the essentials for it are good air, adequate water, proper and timely food, a minimum dosage of exercise, proper and timely excretion, adequate rest, and last but not the least, good thoughts. Our daily routine should be to suit such requirements of the body and not to sub-serve the interest of tastes. There are no specific medicines to tackle diseases in naturopathy. Proper and principled Natural Living Style itself leads to all-round health and vitality for a human being.
