How to reserve Room?

1. Those who are interested in joining 15 days or 30 days camp can reserve room through advance reservation only and can join on 1st or 16th of every month. Please contact on 0863-2333888 between 6.30 am to 8.30 pm to get booking details. Inform details of the room, and transfer the amount to the Account Number: 30002893226, Account holder: Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Charitable Trust,IFS Code: SBIN0003055,Bank name: State Bank Of India, Vijayawada. within a day or two. Room shall be reserved once you inform about transaction details to the same contact number. Those who are staying nearer to ashram can visit ashram office personally and reserve their room and obtain receipt. In case they are not able to pay in a day or two, they can contact the office and discuss grace period for payment.

2. Room reservation can be made two to three months in advance for the camps starting from 1st or 16th of every month. Early reservation enables you with the possibility of getting room of your choice. In case of just in time reservation, one may have to adjust with what ever is available at that point in time.

3. In case you are not able to join for some reason, after advance reservation for 15 days or 30 days camp, you can inform at least a week ahead that can enable to change your booking date to another month without any penalty. One can postpone like this for any 3 times within a year.

In case you are not able to report on the date of joining or in case you want to cancel /postpone within a day / two before joining date, amount equal to one week shall be retained as penalty and the remaining amount shall either be refunded or adjusted for another date of your choice.

In case you pay two months in advance and reserve room and in case you plan to completely cancel then all the amount paid shall be refunded without any penalty.

Arriving by Train or Bus?

Pick up (on joining day) and drop off facility (on discharge day) from/to bus stand &railway station is offered (free of cost) for Sadhakas joining a Health camp.
This service is available on all days (24/7).
Meeting point in railway station for pick up will be the clock tower area outside platform number 1.
Sadhaka should give prior intimation on 0863-2333888, about arrival time & location, atleast1 day in advance, so as to enable coordination between call centre and transportation team.
On 1st / 16th, between 5 am and 6 pm (day hours), call to 9848615111(railway station) or

Arriving by Own Vehicle?
Head south on Prakasam Barrage road towards Sitanagaram road.
After crossing Prakasam Barrage, take right and continue on Karakatta road for 4.5 km to arrive at Arogyalayam main gate (to your right side).
